A plain statement about what VAIRE characters are, and what they are not.
Characters are synthetic
Every character in the VAIRE catalogue is a synthetic, computer-generated identity. They are not real people, they do not represent real people, and they are not based on the likeness of any identifiable individual.
Disclosure in use
Licensees are expected to disclose the synthetic nature of the character where the law, the platform or the audience reasonably requires it — including in advertising, news adjacency and educational contexts.
No impersonation
VAIRE characters may not be presented as real humans making factual claims, giving professional advice, or endorsing products as verified individuals.
