Acceptable Use Policy
What VAIRE characters may and may not be used for.
Prohibited uses
Characters may not be used for sexual or explicit content, hate speech, harassment, political disinformation, deceptive medical or financial claims, or any unlawful purpose.
Characters may not be used to imply endorsement by a real person, organisation or public authority.
Sensitive categories
Use in regulated sectors — health, finance, legal, children’s media — requires prior written approval and may carry additional disclosure requirements.
Enforcement
Breach of this policy terminates the licence immediately and without refund.
